However if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We work hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible. Discrepancies found more than 30 days after receiving your order will not be honored.
All orders are currently processed with USPS Priority Shipping and have a standard charge. Expediting is available for additional costs. Custom orders will ship once all pieces of the order are complete AND full payment of the invoice is made. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to holidays or circumstances out of our control (i.e. bad weather, wrong address, etc.) Upon delivery, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
